Agreement to terms
By using orielcorp.com or engaging Oriel for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.
Services
Oriel provides go-to-market strategy, build and execution services as described in a separate written statement of work. That statement of work sets the scope, fees, timeline and deliverables of each engagement, and it takes precedence over these Terms where they differ.
Fees and payment
Fees, the payment schedule and any pilot terms are set out in the applicable statement of work. All amounts are stated and payable in US dollars unless the statement of work says otherwise. Late payment may pause active work.
Ownership of deliverables
On full payment, you own the go-to-market systems, data, configurations and playbooks we build inside your accounts and stack, as specified in the statement of work. Oriel keeps ownership of its pre-existing methods, frameworks and reusable tooling.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for giving us timely access to the accounts, tools and information the work needs, for approving the lists and messages sent in your name, and for making sure your use of any system we build complies with the laws that apply to you, including email and data protection laws.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s non-public information and use it only to perform or receive the services. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.
Warranties and disclaimers
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Any service warranty is stated in the applicable statement of work. We do not warrant any particular revenue, pipeline or business outcome, except where a statement of work expressly says so. Results shown on this site come from systems our founding team built and are not a promise of the same result for you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oriel’s total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement as provided in the statement of work. Fees for work performed up to the end date remain payable.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
